Memo I'm Still Here Epilepsy Foundation Scholarship

In Memory of Carmen ``Memo`` Avalos

“I’m Still Here” are the final words that Memo was heard saying before she was placed on the ventilator. She passed on July 7, 18 days later. Not only were her final words, “I’m Still Here” for her beloved family, but they also represent the tens of thousands of people with epilepsy who persevere each and every day, warriors who don’t give up.
