For youth ages 12-19 and their parents

Transition is an educational program promoting independence, individuality, and growth while connecting students living with epilepsy and their parents. It’s a safe place for students to grow and learn alongside peers who share similar experiences. Younger kids have the opportunity to learn from those older than them who have already lived through some of the same obstacles they are experiencing now, while parents who care for children living with epilepsy can connect with each other.

All students have the unique opportunity to connect with kids their own age and share solutions, tips, and successes as together they navigate their journey as someone living with epilepsy.
