GEORGETOWN, Texas – The Epilepsy Foundation Central & South Texas announces Stephanie Nichols’ 8th Annual Car & Vintage Plane Show. The event will take place at Georgetown Municipal Airport on February 23, 2019. Car registration starts at 9 a.m. Spectator viewing begins at 10:30 a.m. The show runs until 2:30 p.m. There will be refreshments, family-friendly activities, and vendors.
About the Show
The show is brought to you by Stephanie Nichols, an American National Insurance Agent. In its first year, the show had 168 cars on view and about 500 spectators. Since then, it has grown to approximately 397 cars and 10,000 spectators. Stephanie uses the show to give back to her clients, many of whom own classic cars. All the proceeds from the event give back to the community. This year, the Car & Vintage Plane Show benefits the Epilepsy Foundation Central & South Texas.
The Epilepsy Foundation invites community members to walk along the airstrip at Georgetown Municipal airport and enjoy the show. Volunteers will drive golf carts for those who need help walking from the parking lot to the airstrip. Spectators can view the show for free. There will be family-friendly activities, such as train rides and vintage plane tours. A Top 20 Trophy presentation will take place at 2:30 p.m.
