Having epilepsy or caring for someone with epilepsy can be challenging. Sometimes the practical problems of daily living - insurance, jobs, medical care - can be overwhelming. It helps to have someone to talk to that understands what you are going through. Epilepsy support groups are designed to provide peer support, information sharing, and discussion of common interests.
